Black Girl Excellence Club

Black Girl Excellence is a Club of Fayetteville High School students mentored by a teacher, Ms. Breanna Taylor. Approximately forty 9 – 12 graders share in development activities that support their academic, mental, physical, and social well-being. Their activities are augmented by NWABH’s secondary mentor, who received an MA in Communication from the University of Arkansas, is an Olympic pentathlete, and a media personality, introducing the girls to Black professionals with diverse backgrounds to show the range of possibilities for success; and funding special activities as required.

Join us in the fight against systemic racism and inequality in Northwest Arkansas. Together, we can make a difference. If you're interested in becoming a volunteer, sign up below.
